Long story short...she found a family that took her in to support her for free surgeries (now 10) to rebuild her nose. <br /><br />During this time, the foster dad lost his job (an engineer) and foster mom (a doctor) has struggled to find the 1-year residency she needs to transfer her German credentials to enable her to practice in the US. The hubby & wife have been separated as they've tried to find work, but have continued, unwavering, in support of this woman they feel compelled to support.<br /><br />Love when things are broken?
